An Unquiet Mind

The tickly sensation just didn't feel right
and luminous sunrays kept blinding your sight

with your sight blinded, you could not well see
meteoric white noise flickering on TV

like spirals your thoughts turn at increasing speed
the garden outside swiftly growing the weed

but unable to sense you got caught in that twirl
your thoughts start to feel like a rotating swirl

while pressured to block what you won't understand
he enters the room as the door has been slammed

flat-out you envision your mind explode
spheres spinning orbits you cannot control

as fire and earth are foredained to collide
you fleetly jot down these twelve unfinished lines

you're trying to put it all back into place
by washing the looney dust off of your face
